Suntrol Company

We proudly represented Suntrol for more than 13 years, including its 2024 acquisition. Acting as extension of the internal team, we provided comprehensive public relations, consulting, branding, website design, media buying, collateral, ad design, video production, commercial photography, and email marketing services.

Over the years, we had the pleasure of designing two company websites, and promoting Suntrol’s 40th and 45th anniversaries, multiple awards, significant community partnerships, and the recent acquisition.

Results

  • Suntrol sustained growth year over year, including during the COVID-19 pandemic, with a nearly 40% revenue increase from 2021 to 2022.

  • In 2024 alone, public relations earned 646 digital media features across every major search engine, news aggregator, and TV affiliate site, resulting in a 102% increase in website visits year over year, and a 45% increase in website page views.

Kateswell

We created the Kateswell name and brand identity following a consulting plan with the nonprofit founders. The customized plan included a phased rebrand and relaunch campaign to include a professional video shoot, copywriting, program development, website design, and social media migration. The rollout campaign included event promotion and a local television appearance.

Results

  • Guest appearance on Daytime Columbus (video below).

  • Scripting, production, editing, and promotion of the Kateswell story video (below).

  • From October 2019 to July 2023, the website received more than 19,000 page views and generated more than $94,000 in online donations. With additional event sponsorships, Kateswell was able to award 65 grants to 38 nonprofits and 6 families totaling more than $193,000.
